Ordered the blacked chicken wings our friends ordered the regular wings. The waitress couldn't tell the difference. The wings tasted of old oil and had no seasoning. I did not consider them blackened. We also ordered the Parmesan Truffle Fries and had to send them back as they were soggy , cold and wet. Our first visit as a local and I would not take a guest there. The waitress was amazing and gave her full tip plus. She understood and was eager to make it right. The food was not to par. Service was great.

My friend and I sat at the bar. I asked the bartender for their wine selection, and was verbally given; red, white, and rose'. I asked if they had a Pinot Gregio or Savignion Blanc? I was told both, and said we'd like a Sauvignon Blanc. I was asked if our preference was California or New Zealand? I chose New Zealand for their crisp white wines. Very expensive food for quality. $28 dollar burger, dried out chicken wings. We went with the dry rub, not knowing that they are not their house wings. They were not good 10 wings for $18.

Service has greatly diminished since my first visit several years back. This visit was hugely disappointing. Orders came out wrong and cool, Getting attention from the server was spotty at best as the staff seemed to be having their own little pow-wow at the bar. If you wished information on a menu item you were told to use your smart phone. Last straw was the automatic inclusion of fees for credit card and 22% tip. This service was more in line with a 5% tip. On the good side, the BLT was excellent.

This restaurant was super busy. The food was just average, and the tables were super close together so you basically had to converse with the next table.

Chester's catered my wedding and I'm so disappointed. Zero Professionalism. Communication sucked and was not leniant as every other vendor had been in the process. There was no final call to square away last minute details. My wedding planner had the hardest time initially getting ahold of them. Kyle didn't even approach me at all wedding day. Do not waste your time even trying to eat here. We put our party name in and was told the wait would be 30-45 minutes. 45 minutes later, we had not been seated. When we went back to check on the reservation, the hostess said they'd cancelled our reservation, with no reason essentially. I'm disgusted by this service. I highly recommend you pick somewhere else to eat and not waste your time.

The table was still dirty from the night before. The service was lackluster and the food was-- subpar. I don't get what all the fuss is about. Super disappointed.
