We stopped here for dinner. We ordered multiple appetizers. The food was ok but the wings were delicious. The only con was it took forever for our food to come out. Otherwise everything was good.
Decent food, but wait time was over 2 hours and when we finally got seated and they ended up breaking us up into two tables 4 and 4 away from each other and charged each table additional 20% gratuity (for large parties of 5 or more). Disappointed.
We had the grilled cheese and tomato bisque. Both items were excellent. Also had mushrooms parmigiana risotto side. Also great. The atmosphere is amazing is excellent. We sat at bar due to place being busy. Most definitely would return
I had dinner here recently, and we got on the waitlist online. We got there right before closing, and it was a pleasant experience. Our server, Brogan, was great. My friend and I enjoyed his banter and thought he was fun. Our drinks from the bar were good (I had the Escape to Blue Ridge), and we mostly liked our food. Amazing service friendly.. Much better than the experience we received by Samantha the manager at the general ledger
Food was incredible BUT customer service was disappointing. The servers brought out an extra order of one of the entrees. We let them know we didn't order it, but said if they were going to throw it away we'd take it (by the way this also happened with a drink order earlier in the meal and the server left it saying we wouldn't be charged). At the end of the meal we were charged for the extra meal. We let them know and explained the situation and they REFUSED to take the meal off our bill. Very disappointed in the last 3 times I've went to Chester Brunnemeyers in Blue Ridge where I live. This used to be one of the go to restaurants but the quality of food and service has dropped substantially. Poor service and the kitchen seems to just not care what they are putting out To their customers.
Your manager is rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. Please educate him on customer service. Thank you
Very nice waitress. Two burgers were on plates with wrong sides. One of the three burgers tasted spoiled on one side so went uneaten, and two were over-cooked. Waited about 50 minutes from giving our order to receiving the food, the restaurant was about half full. We had brought a guest since we had bragged on the burgers so that was awkward as well
