Great atmosphere. It was very crowded. We were there on a Sunday - a lot of tourists! Was told we would be seated in 45 minutes but actually turned out to be about 30 minutes. The wings (which they are famous for) were okay - not outstanding. Their hamburgers looked awesome and their prime rib sandwich was very tasty. We were in and out pretty in about an hour and a half.
We spent 3 nights in Blue Ridge and decided to spend our last nights dinner here. Only a 20 minute wait on a fairly busy night. 100% worth it! My husband got the regular wings. Which are fried and finished on the grill, tossed in mild/medium buffalo. I got the pimento chicken sandwich. Which is friend chicken, topped with pimento cheese. AMAZING! My family went to Blue Ridge for a quick getaway. We ended up downtown late Sunday afternoon prior to Labor Day. City was bustling and restaurants were transitioning from the noon lunch crowd to afternoon stragglers looking for shade and drinks. We had 5 in our party. Very disappointed in the last 3 times I've went to Chester Brunnemeyers in Blue Ridge where I live. This used to be one of the go to restaurants but the quality of food and service has dropped substantially. Poor service and the kitchen seems to just not care what they are putting out To their customers.
Your manager is rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. Please educate him on customer service. Thank you
Very nice waitress. Two burgers were on plates with wrong sides. One of the three burgers tasted spoiled on one side so went uneaten, and two were over-cooked. Waited about 50 minutes from giving our order to receiving the food, the restaurant was about half full. We had brought a guest since we had bragged on the burgers so that was awkward as well
Came here with my kid and it was a rough experience, started out, smooth with being seated in the server taking my order, but quickly declined. My child wouldn't touch their food so I tried a bite - immediately had to rinse my mouth out. Something is off with the oil or ingredients they're using. They did take it off the bill but we sat there forever waiting for someone to even come check on us. My sticky ribs were sauce wise but really fatty and cheap quality. Completely disorganized. Everyone is blaming the kitchen! No one takes ownership of any issue. Always someone else's fault.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We walked up to way too many hostesses for an outside station. I asked if they could accommodate 10, she said we might have to do 5 and 5 which was fine. Mind you we got there a little after 4 pm, their opening time . She said the wait would be over an hour. I said well I'm not sure if the rest of them want to wait that long, but let's go ahead and put us down for 10. I spelled our last name, which is confusing to most people and she typed it in.
