We got this food to go so I can't say much of the experience as far as servers go. My husband and I both got build your own burgers and they were great! My husband got his without a bun as he doesn't eat bread and I got mine with a bun and subbed my fries for parmesan truffle fries (there is an up charge). The burger patty and bacon were great. The food was great the and service was amazing! You usually are going to have to wait for at least 45-60 min on a table but it's worth it. There are plenty of shops around to visit while you wait and they will text you when your table is ready.
Very nice waitress. Two burgers were on plates with wrong sides. One of the three burgers tasted spoiled on one side so went uneaten, and two were over-cooked. Waited about 50 minutes from giving our order to receiving the food, the restaurant was about half full. We had brought a guest since we had bragged on the burgers so that was awkward as well
Came here with my kid and it was a rough experience, started out, smooth with being seated in the server taking my order, but quickly declined. My child wouldn't touch their food so I tried a bite - immediately had to rinse my mouth out. Something is off with the oil or ingredients they're using. Completely disorganized. Everyone is blaming the kitchen! No one takes ownership of any issue. Always someone else's fault.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We walked up to way too many hostesses for an outside station. I asked if they could accommodate 10, she said we might have to do 5 and 5 which was fine. Mind you we got there a little after 4 pm, their opening time . She said the wait would be over an hour. Let's start with wait list. We joined and it said we had 15-20 min. Once we arrived, it said we had 5 min. The hostess was pleasant but said it might be longer. After 10 min and the link saying it was zero minutes I went in to ask. A waitress was nearby so she came up to me with a deep sigh and no eye contact. Food was good, at least what arrived. Appetizer never showed up, and my wife's food arrived 15 minutes before mine, with no explanation. No one even bothered to check in or give any reason why half of our food was missing. Oh well, glad my wife enjoyed her dinner while I watched. Being 'short staffed' in the kitchen was the excuse. Let me begin by saying, I've tried to address an ongoing issue directly with the management team, however the issue has yet been resolved. It's not a significant amount but it's the principle of it. As for the food, I have really no complaints. My issue is with my server double dipping on the tip. Upon finishing our meal, I asked for our check. I handed over cash personally to the server.
