I enjoyed the intimate ambiance and the personalized friendly service. I celebrated my 60th birthday. I was given a complimentary birthday drink. My party selected a table full of various dishes from the menu. The food was delicious. The experience wonderful.
It's a hard choice to pick the right Sunday brunch in Harlem when you only have one chance. This was the right choice. For our party, the "chicken and..." meant chicken and pancakes, chicken and french toast, along with replenished mimosas and an all around good feeling to end our weekend in Harlem. Glad we went to Chocolat!
I've been to Chocolat several times, most recently for Sunday Brunch. I had the fish croquettes with cheesy grits and my friend had an omelet. We were both satisfied and stuffed. We also took advantage of the unlimited mimosas. The food was great and the service was flawless with the staff anticipating our every need. Great spot in Harlem for date or with friends. You can sit and the bar and enjoy yourself or have a great meal
The food was delicious for brunch but the mimosas were subpar. They were more like unlimited orange juice than unlimited mimosas.
A very nice dinner for a romantic birthday date on a Monday evening.
Really enjoyed the restaurant, went for a girls night out. Only problem was an exceptionally intrusive/pushy waiter, who kept interrupting us every five minutes to order when we weren't ready. It was so annoying, we had to tell him to stop. He said it was bosses' orders, but he should pick up on cues/openings instead. The drinks, appetizers and entrees were delicious, I will definitely go back and recommend it to friends.
Great Food, Great Atmosphere, Great Service, Great Jazz music and singer , Lady Leah
We had a nice time at this Harlem dinning spot. The service was pretty good. We had to add people to our party and they were a little difficult in accommodating, but eventually did. The food was good too. Gave it a 4 for the ambiance.
