Horrible Warranty! Had 3 claim all denied. Pool pump went out they could not find anyone to come fix it. They told me to have it fixed and send in the receipt. Denied it. Spicket blew off the side of my house sent someone out to look at it ended up denying the claim I was charged $75 for nothing. Septic tank. Pumped out to companies canceled because they would not pay the amount they were charging. It cost almost $400 to get the septic pumped out and they wanted to pay 125. ********. IVE HAD THIS COMPANY FOR OVER 2 YEARS AND HAVE AUTO WITHDRAWAL COMING OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. AND THE MOMENT I FILE A TICKET TO REPAIR A BROKEN AC compressor it's a problem. I have waited 11 plus days for them to approve repair from their contracted service provider with still no resolution. Please don't waste your TIME or Money with is company.
I wish I never wouldve signed up for this warranty. After this company charged me for the warranty for 2 years they claimed I had no policy and repeatedly told me they would look into it and get back to me and didnt. I had to stop payment through my bank and dispute all the charges for two years of monthly charges. 4 different representatives promised they would call back in 48 hours and none of them did. Its unfortunate that I am forced to give one star for this review. I would give less if it was allowed.
They will literally not fix anything and if they do decide to replace something theyll just give you 25% of a new one and tell you to buy it theyre garbage and con artist save your money
This company is a rip off and tries to do whatever it can to not pay. Very disappointed. We live in ******* and our air condition went out. They took forever to finally let me know they could not get a person out to help us as the temperatures are 110. Finally got someone to come out. It took them forever to try to approve the invoice. And then eventually, I had to go ahead and pay for someone to fix it because it had been a week.
