I have been dealing with choice for a week now trying to get my air conditioner repaired while its 100 and they are doing nothing but making me jump through hoops and sending them the same information over and over and over again and doing nothing to help me get This resolved I have a feeling that theyre hoping that I will just give up because theyre making it so aggravating to deal with them.

Unfortunately my comments are not much different than what is listed below as it has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my years. It took me over 2.5 weeks to primarily end up hiring a local repair service for my AC, who was able to get there, diagnosis it and fix it within one hour. As I worked through CHW folks I was able to have one appt with one service person show up to tell me they saw this to be very complicated and they needed to bring a better technician. If I could give them a 0 I would. They do minimum repairs and have you submit for repairs knowing that they are not going to cover them even after the agents review your contract and recommend for you to submit for the repairs anyway. Just to deny your request and close your case and then make you file an appeal to have your case assigned to a case manager. Which once youve done that you are guaranteed a case manager assigned within 2 hours once the appeal has been received. Its now 24 hours and I havent heard from them. Wer... read more

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A PASS WARRANTY CLAIM. ANOTHER COMPANY SAID THAT THEY PUT IN A 9.0 FAN CAPACITOR INSTEAD OF A 5.0 FAN CAPACITOR. THAT IT WOULD GIVE ME A FUTURE PROBLEM. YOU CANNOT GET A LIVE PERSON TO TALK TO ABOUT THE PROBLEM. THEY KEEP DISCONNECTING THE CALL. I GOT A PHONE NUMBER THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE FOR OFFICE IN ** BUT KEEP GETTING A DISCONNECT. They made me give one star. I really wish I wouldve came here to read every comment before I signed a contract with CHW. After requesting service to my A/C they sent a technician to fix a condensation pipe that was leaking. During his repair process he ruined the pitch of the pipe and then told CHW a plumber would need to unclog the pipe. They sent another technician and he told CHW the first technician damaged the pipe and that he has to make modifications to the pipe that would cost $567.00 dollars. Do not buy a warranty with this company. I purchased a warranty which started on June 4, 2024 and I asked for a refund on June 21, 2024. I paid a total of $636.00 and I was told they would only refund me $131.00 because it was prorated based on a claim they paid for my washing machine to be fixed. I paid the service call fee of $225.00 and they claim this is what is left for a warranty that does not expire until August 2025. This company is a fraud. I purchased a 3 year premium policy and have not been able to get any repairs done I chose the reimbursement program to be able to use my vendor My vendor has inspected and recommended repair/ replacement gor my HVAC units.I keep *** inaccurate and fraud worthy promises.There are literally thousands of complaints and even a 1 year government lawsuit in ******* I will be glad to take this complaint down if I get my contracted promises from Home ***************,but I bet zhell will freeze over first.It... read more

This company will not approve claims and refuses to reimburse any type of money under covered systems. EVERYTHING must go through them, even if the contractors they send out are sketchy. Complete waste of money. Warranty prices are ridiculous for the service they provide. Corporate greed at its finest.

The worst Home Warranty Company I have ever done business with in 2023-2024. I will not recommend this company to anyone, you are better off saving that money for emergencies instead of paying $1,000 for two homes warranties as I did.
