I recommend exercising caution when using Choice Home Warranty. In my experience, their technicians sometimes do not follow standardized protocols. This can result in additional charges being added to claims, leading to unexpected out-of-pocket expenses. Despite providing clear evidence of these unjust charges, Choice Home Warranty often supports the technician's assessment due to their licensed status, rather than considering the customer's valid concerns and evidence.

The company gave me two technicians to come to my house about my washer neither one had the same reason why the washer did not work but the first technician gave me the run around for a month then they sent ***** out and then the said I mess the washer so they would not pay the claim so I counsel my claim that day I will not ever use them

I recently filed a claim for my air conditioning unit to be repaired. An agent informed me that I had $3,000 of coverage for the year. I required a compressor for the unit, and the technician came out and completed the necessary work, submitting all required documentation. This is undoubtedly the worst company I ever dealt with in my lifetime. When we initiated the contract we were told by the salesman that all major appliances were covered. This was an out and out lie. Our refrigerator was leaking toxic fumes into the food compartment. The company told me the refrigerator was not covered and after telling them they were guilty of false claims by their salesman, they said they would cover the the unit. They give loop hole explanations and find excuses for not covering EVERYTHING they advertise they cover. They have a denial sent within minutes of submitting information. Cannot get anyone on the phone. One time after two hours on hold and pushing buttons I was connected to someone somewhere in another country that repeated the same answer. The Worst home warranty company l ever dealt with. On three different occasions they sent someone out for three things. They had to repair something in my house. They charge me $65 everytime and declined to cover it saying it's wasn't from wear and tear

After sending a tech out to check my AC system, I didnt hear back from them. I called repeatedly only to have a recording to tell me to leave my number so they can hold my place in the que and representative would call me back. I never received a call. I emailed them and never received an email. Im very disappointed and will be cancelling my membership.

I had been with Choice Warranty for years and my ATM card got compromised because I have auto pay coming directly out of my checking account.I called them and found out I owed backpay of $232.48 which they took out of my account early so we got that figured out and I called to find out when my next payment was and they said July 19 but they were wrong they took out June 18 And I asked for a refund and they said they do not refund.So I canceled my account and they still would not give me the refund of the $68.68. They don't even deserve one star. When you try to get help, it takes forever and most of the time they tell you to get your own mechanic and send them a full report before they can approve a repair. Only one mechanic who ever showed up at our home told me they prefer not to work with this company because they don't pay them well. It is almost impossible to cancel once you signup because of all the clauses they have in the contract, so I would recommend go find someone else more reliable.
