Chris was an awesome lender to work with! Starting the process he got me preapproved super quick so I could put an offer in. He gave me an easy to follow list of everything he needed, and made sure I never got the run around. His dedication and organization is something to be proud of. We closed quickly, and my closing costs were less than we were expecting! He was always there to answer my questions, during office hours or after hours. Tirelessly worked and always kept me in the loop as to what was going on. Will work to get you everything you need done. Loan was completed on time however the previous homeowners were the only reaon in the delay in closing.
