I went with Demar Mortgage. Chris Dickerson was the agent that I worked with. From the moment that I met Chris he was very compassinate and sincere about his job. He put me at ease since this was my first home purchase. The length of time to be approved was really shorter than I thought it would be. I think it took less than a month.
