At times when I thought he would be exasperated and tiring of my complaints during info gathering, he stayed true to his professionalism and very calmly assisted me or encouraged me to hang in there. Very pleased with personal attention given to my purchase account. However, very unhappy with closing dates being extended approx 3 times. This resulted in having to pay extra month rent and no longer having scheduled movers available. But finally, I am a homeowner.
