Chris was always there for us when we had questions, and followed up quickly when we submitted documents. The total process time could have been quicker, but my guess is COVID is to blame. We are happy with our decision to refi with Delmar and Chris' help in the process.

I helped my Daughter and my son-in-law in the loan process of buying a house. Chris was very helpful in getting me information so I could relay to them, to get documents signed, etc. He took my call every time and answered all the questions that I had to the best of his ability. He even took my calls when they were after hours. This process had some bumps in the road, and Chris was able to get them straightened out.
Chris answered every question we had from day one and continued to keep us updated throughout the process, he went above and beyond especially for closing we couldn’t have done this without you! We can’t thank Chris enough for all he did and kept us from falling apart during the process!
