Beautiful location, great service. The staff and service in the American Iron Kitchen is superb. Great brunch
Mostly friendly staff, especially the team handling vehicles out front. Building C had an odor in the ground floor hallway that smelled of previously wet carpet. Outstanding location for auto auctions or Phoenix Open golf tournament. Grounds were immaculate. Outdoor bar staff was oddly standoff-ish with courteous guests (hired for looks, not personality?). Cable TV choices were too limited for a hotel at this price point.

Great hotel with friendly staff. You dont even need to leave the property once you arrive, everything you need is on-site
The pools were beautiful The restaurants during the day for lunch did not appeal to us but looked good for dinner.
A great place to visit. Unfortunately early January weather in Phoenix can be chilly but the Fairmont Pricess Hotel is fabulous.
