Beautiful resort with excellent service. Unfortunately our room had a sewer smell, AC did not work and the TV cable only worked half the time we tried to use it. Mixed results at the restaurants. Sent dinner back at La Hacienda but one meal was delicious. Breakfast was not good

We had an amazing time. My husband and I stay here every for the Barrett Jackson auction. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff the is outstanding.
Way overpriced for the experience. It is a very nice hotel. But way overpriced. Was expecting more for over $1700 for the 2 night wknd. And would not even give a late check out on Sunday after 1100 even though we were getting massages on-site. Really no special treatment for the rate. Have stayed at others for less and better experience. Scottsdale Princess was even $300 a night less and entire wknd was above amazing! Won’t stay here again, just not worth the extra cost. I did not like the Bourbon Steak Restaurant on the property! Outrageously expensive, the front desk people should have given more information during check in, the hot tubs did not work....the rooms were very nice, the property is very nice.

Unpleasant! Asked room service to send up some extra cutlery and was told I would be charged a delivery fee !! Unbelievable. On day of checkout , house keeping started persistently knocking on our door from 8 am and repeatedly did this every half an hour until check out. Not a pleasant experience!
