The stay was very nice and the staff was friendly
Lovely People, Lovely Establishment We stayed here on our Wedding Night. They upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge for the occasion and the room was beautiful. We were right outside the Christmas wonderland with the Ferris wheel and all the lights and festivities. The bell man who carted us to our room was very sweet, the Valets are all so stylish and extremely nice and professional, the front desk was very pleasant. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Paradise In Scottsdale Beautiful Resort overall.... grounds and spa are immaculate. The Gold upgrade is good but be advised the drinks are NOT included nor are the prices posted... 16$ for a tiny Gin and Tonic and were out of fresh berries most mornings. All in all The Princess is a beautiful resort that we will continue to return to but will skip the Gold Lounge.
The property was beautiful. The staff are friendly and polite. The amenities with the Fairmont Gold package are worth every penny.
