I have stayed at many 5 star resorts, this is by far the best service I have ever received by far!!! Incredible!!!

チェックインしてすぐにエアコンが壊れている事に気付きました。その後、食事で外出中に修理を行ったとの報告を受けましたが、部屋に戻ってからもエアコンは効かず。結局、再度クレームを出し、部屋を変えてもらう事になりましたが、ロビーからかなり遠い部屋を案内されました。部屋からのビューのグレードも下げられてしまい、残念でした。
Gorgeous Scottsdale resort Amazing property but so huge that you need a golf cart to get around and comfy shoes. Great staff and beautiful grounds. It's a first class resort for a business meeting and perfect for a getaway.
Lots of activities. Kids had fun. Rooms need a little tlc
