Very beautiful property. When we arrived we were extremely tired and we requested valet service but a staff member came up to us telling us where parking was and we kept telling him we wanted valet but he acted like he didn’t hear us. Told us to follow him on cart and he would bring luggage. My husband was frustrated so we did as the staff wanted and we parked our car in parking lot. KindThe rest of staff was friendly.
