I didn't like that the main pool and bar were under renovation,also not have my room cleaned and when II inquired about it I never got a response back

Leider nicht ganz überzeugend Aktuell Renovierungsarbeiten, deswegen ist es schwierig ein endgültiges Urteil zu fällen. Sauberes , grosszügiges Zimmer, die Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht schließen und ein Waschbecken lief nicht ab( bei der Preisklasse eigentlich nicht akzeptabel). Das Hotel ist sehr weitläufig, hat mehrere Pools und 2 Wasserrutschen.
The staff were extremely helpful and really went above and beyond when we had a mix up with a restaurant deal we had purchased.
The spa services, bars and restaurants, yoga classes, and shops are simply the best. The resort is undergoing some renovation so there was some dust and noise.
All the staff were exceptionally nice throughout the hotel.
5 pools and 24/7 in room dining!!! Kid friendly with awesome pool slides!
Absolutely beautiful property: a great place for the entire family!
