The property is beautiful. There are lovely gardens to wander through.
Big sprawling property, great service, love the Le Labo bathroom products. Room quiet, spacious. Disappointing checkin process, one hour after the allowed check in time, room still not available. No offer of drinks while we were waiting. Some of the pools are closed for renovation, which explains the discounted price I found online.

Another 5 star stay Room 6414. Another great stay. Undergoing major renovations on 200 rooms and princess pool but dudcgreat job of managing the disruption. Great food, staff, and general vibe. Will certainly be back
Rooms were quiet and the bathrooms we’re spacious Did not enjoy hearing a dog bark in a nearby room!
Great Everything about the property is top notch and the service was excellent. It is a little far from things to do, but there is much to do on the property so you don't necessarily have to leave to enjoy yourself.
