Great place for a family vacation. There were always a ton of activities going on and everyone there was so nice.
Wonderful hotel with no lifeguards My grandchildren, daughter and I stayed for one night on 7/5/19. I checked in early and was offered a complimentary upgrade to a casita. The service was excellent, the room excellent and all off the other amenities on the property were awesome. It is a wonderful resort with a lot to offer the children. With so many pools and so many children, there were no lifeguards. A Great time! It was the best hotel I have ever stayed at, and that is true !! From the staff to the food, everything was exceptional! I highly recommend this hotel. I worked for an airline for years, stayed at many hotels and the Fairmont Princess made us think we were princesses! The 4th of July weekend festivities were perfect for a staycation and we will definitely do this again.

It was a wonderful stay at the resort. We felt very relaxed. The spa was very clean and excellent!
So much to choose to do,all on site . The restaurants were over-priced, and only one was kid- friendly.
It was beautiful room and hotel . We had one minor problem with cleanness. There beautiful rob to put on , had toothpaste spot on them and we found a coupled of nuts on the floor on the side of the bed. So i guess the vacuum was not working well . The rest was all clean , i just expected it be spotless for the money i paid.
The property was very pretty and the staff was accommodating to the best of their abilities but the main pool was closed for renovation and there was a lot of over crowding at the other pools. you couldn't get a lounge chair unless you were at the pool before 9 am. It was very chaotic, plus no life guards on duty. Very unnerving for a parent with young kids.
