Beautiful, but widen sidewalks There was heavy and loud construction throughout the main part of the facility, but hotels need to upgrade so it will be beautiful once its done. My only real complaint is the sidewalks are not wide enough. We were constantly having to get off the sidewalks to let all the staff-driven golf carts pass.
El hotel está en remodelación y al hacer la reservación no se da aviso de que gran parte no está en funcionamiento, hay mucho ruido por la obra. El personal de front desk fue muy poco comprensivo, dio malas soluciones y hubo cargos dobles por hacer late check out. La comida de muy mala calidad en restaurantes Toro y la Hacienda. Everything about this hotel was incredible. All the way from check in to check out. The staff went above and beyond everyday and the property grounds were beautiful every way we turned. Our bell man upon arrival deserves so much praise. His name was Jerry and he was incredible. He took such great care of us and you could just tell he loved his job. Great hotel, grounds, swimming pools. Unfortunately the management, in a quest to reduce usage of their pools have now restricted access to the pools by closing off all the entrances to the pools except one where they post an entree “guard”. We felt this was quite “Mickey Mouse”. We had to beg to get wristbands to allow our 2 grandchildren to swim with us. —And, this was the only reason we booked the room.
Sad that the main pool was closed. Happy that there were other pools to use.
