We bought our house about 6 months ago, using Chuck as our loan officer. He was great; secured us our loan and a great rate. He maintained contact with us and we refinanced more recently with a better rate and no VMI. Our experience was amazing! You couldn't find a better loan officer!

We were referred to Chuck via our Redfin Agent. Chuck was awesome to work with! He is beyond responsive and available - as in our first interaction was on a Sunday afternoon to do a pre-approval letter. He definitely goes the extra mile! It was also great to work with him on budgeting and estimations for different price points - he made that easy. Chuck was great along the lending process. He was always available and would answer any question that I had. There was great communication along the way and made the lending process very smooth. I was recommended Chuck by my aunts and he surely did not disappoint. He was extremely helpful and made this process super easy. He was available almost every time I needed him including while he was on vacation. (I personally would not have answered the phone!)
