We have a very good start at beginning even through he knew I will shop around a little bit. Get a little bit bumpy during the closing process, but everything worked out and I got home and closed with a good rate.

Chuck would do anything to find you the best rate in the market. No one could beat the mortgage rates we found for us. He would answer any question you may have in plain English so you understand all the crazy terms.

Chuck and his team were very helpful every step of the way. ALL of my emails and phone calls were answered immediately. I hear horror stories from people about their experience with lenders; obviously they did not deal with Chuck MacAnanny!!

We bought our house about 6 months ago, using Chuck as our loan officer. He was great; secured us our loan and a great rate. He maintained contact with us and we refinanced more recently with a better rate and no VMI. Our experience was amazing! You couldn't find a better loan officer!

We were referred to Chuck via our Redfin Agent. Chuck was awesome to work with! He is beyond responsive and available - as in our first interaction was on a Sunday afternoon to do a pre-approval letter. He definitely goes the extra mile! It was also great to work with him on budgeting and estimations for different price points - he made that easy.
