We were referred to Chuck via our Redfin Agent. Chuck was awesome to work with! He is beyond responsive and available - as in our first interaction was on a Sunday afternoon to do a pre-approval letter. He definitely goes the extra mile! It was also great to work with him on budgeting and estimations for different price points - he made that easy. Chuck was great along the lending process. He was always available and would answer any question that I had. There was great communication along the way and made the lending process very smooth. Chuck and his team were on top of every detail. I recommend to anyone looking to buy a house to get in contact with Chuck, you won't regret it.

I was recommended Chuck by my aunts and he surely did not disappoint. He was extremely helpful and made this process super easy. He was available almost every time I needed him including while he was on vacation. (I personally would not have answered the phone!)

Chuck was the perfect loan officer. He gave us multiple options for how to structure the loan, helped us decide which was right for us, took care of everything promptly, returned calls quickly, and kept track of interest rates so we could lock in at the right time. Chuck and Embrace staff walked us through the process, telling us exactly what documentation we needed to provide, all of which we are able to do digitally. Embrace's service left nothing to be desire.
