I worked with Chuck for a over a year. We started house hunting summer 20156, took a break and got back to it in summer 2017. From the pre-approval to closing he was available to answer any questions. Very responsive no matter what time of the day or week. I am looking to another smooth closing when we decide to refinance.

We have a very good start at beginning even through he knew I will shop around a little bit. Get a little bit bumpy during the closing process, but everything worked out and I got home and closed with a good rate.
