Chuck is a jack of all trades. He is Honest, Helpful, Knowledgeable, and completes tasks to the tee. He is a problem solver and puts everything he has into giving the best customer service possible. He is readily available days, nights, and weekends in order to provide the service needed to every client. Amazing!!

Better communication and ability to answer questions in a timely manner. Also more honesty with the loan estimates that Chuck sent out as the final disclosure was $105 more a month than he initially quoted us which came down to him using the tax data from 2023 when the 2024 data was readily available. Also he did not deliver the final disclosure within the 3 days prior to close requirement which we did not waive. Didn't make sure we knew we were liable for 10k for closing. This came up 7 days from closing and he offered no solutions help. I am my agent had to reach out and shake tree's to ensure the loan was moving forward as three weeks went by with no communication. At times hard to get a hold of and seemed was always out of the office or would say I am on a day off so please don't text me. As we approached closing he didn't respond to any emails.

Communication and loan estimates were incorrect and inconsistent. Agree to one thing and get a big surprise when you close. Errors on settlement statement and hard to get money refunded. Don't expect much help after you close in getting errors corrected. One phone call before closing could have avoided this whole mess.
