Chuck was very responsive and up front on all aspects of the loan/process. He told us what to expect and hit every aspect of his commitment. I used an online service to get different quotes and he was by far the most knowledgeable and wasn't on a fishing expedition. He told us what he could do, handled my areas of concern, and got us what we were looking for. Best part was his communication through the process

Chuck was with us through the whole course of our home search. He was helpful and knowledgeable from the very beginning, and kept every promise he made. He made himself very available for discussion and calls (including a last-minute panic from the seller the night before closing that ended up not being an issue). We were very happy with the rate and service we received, and got no surprises near closing. We consider him both honest and trustworthy and would recommend him to anyone.

I enthusiastically recommend Chuck. He was genuinely interested in making sure I was taken care of. Had effective and thorough communication. Was able to guide me through the whole process no matter how many questions I had. I had a time restraint because I was purchasing another property and Chuck kept his word with the closing date. He's helped me overcome one of my biggest milestones, purchasing my first home and most recently, walking me through the refinance process to help our family save some money every month to contribute a little more towards our daughter's college savings account and paying our home off that much sooner!

Prior to me purchasing a home, I had an ongoing dispute with Macy's over getting a credit card dispute resolved. A fraudulent charge was made on my Macy's credit card, and that charge was reported to the credit bureaus. This caused a significant drop in my credit, and would have caused to pay more than $3,000 extra a year on my mortgage.
