Prior to me purchasing a home, I had an ongoing dispute with Macy's over getting a credit card dispute resolved. A fraudulent charge was made on my Macy's credit card, and that charge was reported to the credit bureaus. This caused a significant drop in my credit, and would have caused to pay more than $3,000 extra a year on my mortgage. Chuck really went to bat for me in helping getting this issue resolved so I could qualify for a better mortgage, and get my credit permanently fixed. Chuck MacAnanny is a highly professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and an extremely helpful lender. He made our recent home buying experience smooth and hassle free.
