I used Chuck MacAnanny after doing a lot of research. He was very knowledgeable and personable, and spent a fair amount of time explaining the process clearly, made some helpful suggestions, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed at all. Sometimes his other office staff weren't quite as responsive as documents were needed, and a few things took a couple of phone calls & emails to get done properly. Overall I appreciated his experience and knowledge, and escrow closed on time. I would use him again.

I have used Chuck for 2 loans and each time we looked at 3 lenders and Chuck gave us the best rates. Chuck is a great adviser to have during the home buying process. Our buying process was extremely difficult (because of the seller) and Chuck was always available to help. When we did close we had to expedite our loans process and Chuck‚Äôs team worked the weekend to meet the seller‚Äôs deadline.

Our experience was a positive one. Chuck and his staff guided us through the mortgage application process, helped us to assemble the necessary information, obtain loan approval and then meet the scheduled closing date on time. We were in constant contact and the website document upload feature was very convenient. Questions with credit reporting were successfully resolved by teleconferences. We can recommend this lender.

Chuck was very responsive and up front on all aspects of the loan/process. He told us what to expect and hit every aspect of his commitment. I used an online service to get different quotes and he was by far the most knowledgeable and wasn't on a fishing expedition. He told us what he could do, handled my areas of concern, and got us what we were looking for. Best part was his communication through the process

Chuck was with us through the whole course of our home search. He was helpful and knowledgeable from the very beginning, and kept every promise he made. He made himself very available for discussion and calls (including a last-minute panic from the seller the night before closing that ended up not being an issue). We were very happy with the rate and service we received, and got no surprises near closing. We consider him both honest and trustworthy and would recommend him to anyone.

He's helped me overcome one of my biggest milestones, purchasing my first home and most recently, walking me through the refinance process to help our family save some money every month to contribute a little more towards our daughter's college savings account and paying our home off that much sooner!
