Chuck is awesome. We have used him twice for a new home purchase and a refinance. Chuck is personally invested in making sure that your loan is approved on time and with as little hassle and cost as possible. I would not hesitate to use Chuck again.

Chuck was not only helpful, but very patient with helping us find the right mortgage that fit what we needed to accomplish. The best part is that he was NOT pushy. It was a long process and I would highly recommend him.

He saved me $500 per month on my mortgage payment. X 12 months x 30 years and now you see why I am writing this review! He was trustworthy and what he said, he followed through with. Chuck is professional and knowlegable in his profession. My wife and I plan on using our savings to pay the house off early so thanks to him, we now have a perfect road map to do so.

Buying new home comes with lot of tensions, I and my wife, we started early with Chuck when we were not completely sure if we could afford to buy new home. Chuck worked with us more than four months and gave us many under-writer approved pre-approval letters to make home offersl. He would always pick up our phone calls even in odd hours, always gave us time to discuss financial implications if we wanted to buy higher priced homes.
