He saved me $500 per month on my mortgage payment. X 12 months x 30 years and now you see why I am writing this review! He was trustworthy and what he said, he followed through with. Chuck is professional and knowlegable in his profession. My wife and I plan on using our savings to pay the house off early so thanks to him, we now have a perfect road map to do so.

Buying new home comes with lot of tensions, I and my wife, we started early with Chuck when we were not completely sure if we could afford to buy new home. Chuck worked with us more than four months and gave us many under-writer approved pre-approval letters to make home offersl. He would always pick up our phone calls even in odd hours, always gave us time to discuss financial implications if we wanted to buy higher priced homes. It was real pleasure working with Chuck. He was very professional and was able to walk us thru every step of the refinancing process with out any glitches. My experience with Chuck was absolutely fantastic. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but he was also extremely responsive. Chuck is a jack of all trades. He is Honest, Helpful, Knowledgeable, and completes tasks to the tee. He is a problem solver and puts everything he has into giving the best customer service possible. He is readily available days, nights, and weekends in order to provide the service needed to every client. Amazing!!

Better communication and ability to answer questions in a timely manner. Also more honesty with the loan estimates that Chuck sent out as the final disclosure was $105 more a month than he initially quoted us which came down to him using the tax data from 2023 when the 2024 data was readily available. Also he did not deliver the final disclosure within the 3 days prior to close requirement which we did not waive.
