Wanting to dine during the horse races, we made an Open Table reservation four days in advance, making a request for a window seat. We then called the very next day to confirm that they received the request for a window table, and were told we were being put into a window table. We arrived on Sunday to find the we were three layers back from the racing window, while multiple window tables sat empty. I had made a reservation online but still waited about ten minutes for a hostess to place us at a table. Our server wasn't very personable and didn't supply good service. The restaurant was clean and the food was pretty good. The coffee was cold. Overall, I think we would have been better off just getting a hot dog from outside instead of the hassle of getting attitude from our waitress and waiting 25 minutes to get our orders taken. But the horse races were fun!
Extremely LONG wait! Sat for over an hour with no food and when the appetizer came out, it was cold! Hardly saw our waitress. The actual food was great, but hardly worth the wait or the experience. Very disappointing
Food was very good, although2 of our dishes were not hot. Table for 6 with 4 checks. One check food brought out, and by the time the other 3 checks were served, first 2 were done.
Unfortunately even after having a reservation the service was very poor They took our drink order and only could bring a plastic cup of pop because the bar was out of glasses fir the beers????? The food was ordered and we didn’t get served until closer to 7:45 Very disappointed with a casino restaurant. Usually they are too notch
We had a reservation for 7 pm, we were seated at 7 pm, at 7:05 pm our server came over and took drink orders, our drinks were received, she took our food order and we never saw her again until almost 7:50 pm. The restaurant was understaffed. When she finally came back to our table after several attempts trying to get her attention, she asked if we wanted to order two drinks each so she didn't have to come back until the food arrived. After being seated we waited 40 minutes then went and found someone to take a drink order. After another 30 minutes we still had not received our drink, or ordered our food. The waitress told us they were out of one of the beers so I guess the rest of us were not allowed to drink. We then found a manager and asked for a different server. The new server finally delivered our drink order an hour and a half after we sat down and took our food order. The rest of the dinner was ok because we had a different waiter. The food was cold and bland and the service was awful. I will never return.
Food wasn’t hot, & the pizza was really small for the price. Draft beers were really expensive for happy hour. Server didn’t know what the specials were. Disappointed
