Food was cold and brought out by the cook (?) as she finished them. My fish n chips was brought out about 15-20 minutes before the rest of my guest. The cod piece was half the size it was 2 weeks ago and the fish was heavily salted and the fries were cold. The bourbon orange chicken was barely warm and the rice was not cooked enough. The fried chicken was dry and unflavored. The Churchill burger lacked flavor!! If the female cook is the problem Please retrain her or get rid of her. The cook we had 2 weeks ago was Awesome!!

I ordered a ginger ale which tasted awful ordered another kind of soda which also tasted awful, they're soda lines need to be cleaned. I ordered the burnt ends mac and cheese which was very spicy and the burnt ends were fatty. If you're going to make something spicy please say so on the menu, not everyone can have spicy food.

We were extremely disappointed in the dining room. Wecgphad hoped to watch the horse races from the windows in the dining room but they told us that the races would be over soon and that seating was only available by the bar. We asked for a high top table so that we could see over the railing to the race track but they said they would t do it as the servers would not be waiting on that table. It was the first day back to live racing and I know they were short staffed and I get that but we sat for 40 min and no one ever came to our table so we left … it’s one thing if they come over and check in with you but we saw no one

Our first time was not a good experience. We tried to reach the eatery for three days to make a reservation, and ask questions about seating, but could never get them to answer the phone, much less leave a message. The main casino was no help. And when we finally did get a reservation via Open Table, there was no way to request a table to view the horse races. Server was good, but food was not good. I reserved the table on open table earlier in the day. When we got to the hostess station they informed us that they don’t do reservations at all and DO NOT use OPEN TABLE! Luckily They did have one table left which we had to wait 10 minutes to sit. So in the future if they don’t use Open Table you shouldn’t have them listed ! Food and service and value are very good! Made reservation on open table and when we got there they said they don’t get reservations from open table - don’t know why it is listed on open table and allows you to make a reservation if they don’t integrate it into their reservation system.

Made reservations do my anniversary. Was sat behind a pole and could not see track or TVs. When we asked to move we were told no that was the only table available. We had people in front of us who did not make reservations get premium seating. When we asked to move again into one of the many tables that were open we were told no. Would not recommend and will not be back... the hostess was rude and not nice. Just who you want to be the face of your business... not

We've been coming here with friends since it opened. The food has seriously been going downhill. We are not people who normally complain, but the food has been terrible. Have even sent items back. So sad, because we enjoy the atmosphere. All of our friends agree :(
