First, I will say it has been so hard to get a reservation on the weekend at this restaurant, so we decided to go on a week day. It was not busy, so it was also nice and quiet. Unfortunately, our server was very rude. She acted like we were a burden to her, but we were actually helping her out by giving her business on a slow night. I ordered the salmon and I had asked what the “seasonal vegetable” was, as that is what was stated on the menu. Of the 3 meals we ordered, 2 were ok, and the 3rd had to be returned to the kitchen: salmon was cold in the middle
We wouldn't see our waiter for long periods of time and when our food finally came out it was all cold. I got my soup at the same time of my meal and by the time I seen the waiter to ask where my soup was, it was already being brought out with everyone's food.
Paper thin steak and tiny shrimp, never seen anything like it.
I’ve eaten here several times in the last several years. Not sure if there is a new chef this year , but the food was not what it used to be. The Brussels sprouts were burnt and the balsamic dressing was all dried up. Same with the pretzel bites. After those apps, we stuck with soup and salad.
My biggest complaint was they claim I had no reservation even when I showed them your confirmation I was told too bad I would have to wait 20 to 30 min before we could be seated. I was going to leave but my wife said lets wait. It was our 57th Wedding Annivrsary . We went back was seated an our waitress made up for the ruddness of the man who said we had no reservation. The General Manager who was the host was EXTREAMLY RUDE.
Was not impressed. Food was mediocre. Gravy was burned and waitress did not offer any replacement…just said it was all they had but could bring extra butter for potatoes. Fried chicken was overdone. Would not return.
Reserved a window seat. When we arrived we were RUDELY told that none were available due to making my reservations online. Had we known, we would have made other arrangements. Then our server was lack luster in personality and service.
