We showed up a few minutes before our reservation. At that time we were told that the other couple had already checked in and been seated.. so, we had to wait for the male host to go go and see if the other couple was already seated in our table. Server was not very good. Food was very poor. We have eaten there before and it was great. Had a party of 9. I recommended and so was embarassed.The rookies were working that day. I actually walked the floor and found a table. The employees seating people we very disorganized.
Service was very slow. Waitress was sweet but kept forgetting things. Salsa was awful, worst I ever had. Nachos were cold, no tomatoes or lettuce, poor substitute for the salsa. Pretzel bites were cold! We ordered all at once and one sandwich came out. Our friend was done with his sandwich before we got our order. probably the worst experience up there. Ordered their special burger that was supposed to come with cheese caramelized onions etc. I also added garlic fries as an upgrade. What I was served was a regular hamburger with lettuce tomato and that’s all. Garlic fries never appeared. The only thing that was correct was I ordered the burger with no bread. The manager was good and made the appropriate corrections to the bill and the service was good.
Our table was moved at the last minute. The service was mediocre at best. One of our least favorite visits to this venue which is usually very satisfactory.
Took a long time to get our food, food wasn’t that good. This is the third time I’ve been disappointed with the food and service.

once again the service was lousy..need to improve how fast someone waits on you and how long before food is served..
