Your restaurant was busy with a large group of people, so I can understand why the food took longer to come. What I don't understand is why it took our waitress 30 minutes to come to the table for drink orders and she only came once. My sister-in-law sat a table for 2 hours listening to the band no one came to bus the table or offered to get her a drink. The food was good, the band was good, but the service sucked. Mike Conway
Unfortunately we had an awful experience. My wife and I went to Brew Brothers with our 2 kids for dinner and the races. We were seated at 6:00 and to start the table was filthy and my wife had to find someone to clean it. Our order was not taken till 6:20 and the food did not arrive till 7:30. I spoke to the hostess about this and she said that is a very common complaint. after waitress brought our first drinks, never seen her again till after meal was gone( roughly 45 minutes). Food was brought by someone else, and waitress never checked up on us after. very poor service
I'm sorry but my waitress was horrible I only seen her to order and pay my bill my food and wife's food was cold got no refills on drinks I only left a 5.00 tip just because my wife waitresses but didn't complain at all because I was trying to make the best out of it on Valentine's day.
The sandwich I ordered was as hard as a rock. Could chew it. Manager took it off my bill. I ordered it med. and it was very well (Burnt). My wife had a grilled chicken salad and it was very good. The same night we were there a couple next to us had to take their entree home as it took so long. They ate their appetizer and took the food home. Kitchen was not doing a good job that night.
It took over an hour and a half to get our food because the kitchen claims they lost our order slip.
Server was sick and she took out her frustrations on us.
The service was HORRIBLE. Waiters and bartenders walk by you without so much as a look to see of you need anything or are being helped. Had to verbally ask if anyone was working that could wait on us. Numerous tables complained of lack of attention by wait and bar staff. Either understaffed or uninspired workers, which is worse?
Well it started off with the poor reception when checking in. They said we don't take reservations on Sunday evening. Although I definitely had a confirmed reservation on open table. Then they made us wait for a table. After that we ordered drinks that never came for probably 10 minutes, after we asked another server if he could look for them.
