Been a member of the Grant and Craycroft location for 5 months now, and after training at various east coast gyms for the last 25 years I can tell you this operation is more about the bottom line than the over-all customer experience. Absolutely the most crowded gym I have ever witness when I typically go between 9am-11:30am. Really hard to stay on your fitness plan here due to the number of members, and not being able to get on equipment, or sometimes difficult to find an area to stretch! Don't choose CHUZE Fitness unless you want to be frustrated about the lack of availability of exercise machines. At the gym on Grant, the Lifecycle machines have been broken for weeks. Only 1 out of 4 is working. 75% down!!! The gym at 22nd has 50% down. Management says they can't find anyone to fix them. So, if they can't be fixed, they should be replaced. Planet Fitness has rows of new Lifecycles. Maybe the regional headquarters for CHUZE needs to release some of the profits to buy new equipment.

I joined Chuze Fitness Grant and Craycroft,Tucson, AZ about 8 months ago. I enjoyed my initial 7 day pass and decided to get a premium membership. I enjoyed the overall environment and the friendly staff at this location. But today something has happened that I believe requires your immediate attention. Good gym but very crowded even at 5am sadly. People at the front need to look friendlier and say hello to you EVERY TIME you enter. They need to work on that

It's full of college students hanging out at machines taking up space and they close at 8pm on Saturdays. Weak gym hours.

The owners response, to my first 1 star review! Really a shame to see business owners care so little 2 paragraphs to say " we are sorry we didn't meet you expectations" my expectations were that you guys operated honestly. I had been with the gym for a year and a half and it was relatively clean and passable as gym. However, after the first of this year, it looks like the gym membership was oversold and it took a strong turn for the worse. It became very busy and I couldn't get a decent workout done without waiting very long for equipment. A workout that would normally take one hour would take an hour and a half or longer to get done. The Team Training classes are the only reason I joined Chuze Fitness. Everything was great until they started playing filthy music. To give you an idea of how filthy it is, I have to rewrite this review because when I included a sample of the lyrics, Yelp removed it for being too graphic. I loved this gym but it appears they're never going back to 24 hours so I can't workout here anymore :(. It has everything you need for a low cost, honestly they could charge a lot more for what you get. I'll miss it.
