Good location, friendly staff but cleanliness was below standards. The bedding was terrible. One bed did not have a mattress pad. Talked to the desk, wrote a note in the room to clean staff, and two calls to the maid service before we received one. The one we finally received would not stay on the bed during the night. Our room was not cleaned one day and had to request towels. When we first got to room we found numerous dried raisins on the carpet. Fair The first room that I checked into that you had me go to had somebody sleeping in the bed the room was destroyed you somebody was squatting in the room and I didn't appreciate walking into a room with some naked guy in the bed The second room that I was given was nice spacious needed a microwave lights weren't working when I first got there.

Bad 방 청소 엉망 침대에 전날 투숙객이 오줌 싸 놓은걸 그태로 침대 커버만 씌어 놓아서 제 와이프가 모르고 누었다가 샤쓰가 오줌에 젖엇고 오줌찌린내가 많이 나고 엘리베이터에서도 오줌 냄새가 진동하고 바닥이 끈적 거리고 매우 드러웟음

It disappointing stressful and irritating never again will I stay here. To start off I waited in line to check in to get a room key for over an hour then had to wait about another forty five minutes just to get the elevator to go up to my room. it was all just a mess to many people over crowded and everyone was rude and irritated. This will definitely be the last time I stay at this hotel I was extremely disappointed. I like that it was on the strip didn’t have to go very far to the next casino ect.
