Will not stay here again. The room was very dirty blood on the wall and ceiling and live cockroach in the beautiful bathroom. The location is good room was fancy but bed was hard.

Would think about coming back because we didn't feel welcome come . The check in the person was so rude made us feel not wanted she gave us hell even before checking in she even change the room price due to my hubby not being present during check out she was also a lil rasis and the cleaning person was always on her phone during the we whole tym of cleaning and when we ask to bring a extra bath towels she said yes n forgot left us no paper in bathroom n didn't really clean good. Price was ok, but I probably would select another location next time we visit Reno. Room was clean but needs updating. Bathroom lighting had half the lights out, toilet paper holder fell off its holder. Room was noisy, i.e. we could hear folks from other rooms talking. Parking garage was not very clean & felt unsafe. Front desk employees were nice & friendly. Sean, who helped us with our luggage, was very polite, friendly & very helpful. Location is good, parking was easy. The connection between the three casinos is great.

Several charged in my credit card First I made a reservation with 2 rooms and they sent me the price to pay with everything included and when I arrived at the hotel they told me that I only had a reservation for one room and they had already charged my credit card for both, then they made me the reservation again for him another room but when I looked at my credit card they made several charges and I sent messages to explain why they charged me various amounts and they do not answer me
