I won't be back. Chaotic check in/registration. Took an hour. No line either. Wrong directions for parking and to get to room. The place is a maze with a massive amount of walking. No signs. No maps. You are constantly getting lost. The room did not have soap or toiletries. The bed was bad and the pillows are gigantic which gave me a neck ache.

Messed up my whole night for my boyfriends bday! Everything! I had checked in at around 7:45 pm and the lady told us 2nd floor up the escalator after 30 minutes and 3 employees giving us different directions to find our room(educate ur employees please) i was tired, irritated, had to use the restroom, Finally got to our room and i set down my stuff on the chair, notice the bed is not made up, there was trash laying around, towels all over the bathroom. awful, other than the casinos it was bad. I am sharing photos of the first room we got. The first hotel room was dirty, the second one didn’t had a telephone and there was no apology from the staff or any follow up. irritating and frustrating I booked a king bed and upon arrival I was given 2 queen beds which were very uncomfortable. The bed is my chief complaint. I also was charged a deposit and due a refund, upon checking out was assured my refund was processed on their end and my bank says it has not been submitted as of today, 2 days later. I tried calling, left my name and number with a manager to call back to no avail.
