We would like a refund. We did not have access to our room on multiple occasions due to the excessively long waiting line for the elevators. The line extended through the lobby, down the stairs, and into the walkway by the parking garage. This line persisted throughout our entire stay. When with clients we were forced to leave the casino and go elsewhere. When I was with my children we were also forced to leave the casino and patronize another establishment. Usually stay at Peppermil. Thought we would try something different, what a bad idea. The heating system was aweful! Stuffy, smelled. Had to cover the top with a towel to keep outside air from coming through. There were clothes in the bathroom left by previous guests. I told the housekeeper who laughed and left. Maybe didn’t understand English?

Poor What made my stay uncomfortable was that of the bed and the pillows.. from work and travel you want to come to rest your head and body in a bed that will be comfortable and this is not the experience I got here at Circus Circus maybe invest in some comfortable pillows and mattresses other than that everything was OK.. The location is central to everything that is a perfect location
