Vacation The fact maintenance walked in on my mom without knocking. I left my car with valet for the 3 days I was there and my AirPods were taken out my car. Then tried to make a claim for stolen items and then they gave me a completely wrong email

Fair check in was complicated and under staffed to help out the guest and were kind of rude and felt like they were doing a favour to the guest helping them check in. room was clean and the view was good.
The room was clean, the price wa s I didn't like that I wasn't explained how to get to my room. I went up 19 floors in the wrong building. I then had to go back down and walk to the other building as the shuttle was not working. Also multiple escalators were out of service and I could not easily reach the front desk. I liked the low rate I paid for the room.
Bad I was lock out my room had trouble getting in to our room. Great place
