The hotel was good just try to do something about the smoking part. Really bad smell. I didn’t like the smell. As soon as you walk to the arcades smells like smoke. Really bad smell. The arcade for kids.

Fair Half the escalators were done, sections closed off making it very hard to find our way at first. Easily got lossed until we memerized specific routes. The rooms were nice and the games were fun

Fair Heater did not work in one room. Cold Double rooms were nice for our family
Prices for the hotel were good but dont expect to feel special or pampered. House keeping staff member and some of the restaurants' staff were grumpy. And i found myself trying to accommodate them to make thier day better. No microwave in room to heat up left overs and had to pay or ask for coffee everyday that was supposed to be complimentary.
