Stairs and elevators not working Elevators and stairs not working 100%. Big lines to go to your room. Waste of time. Unfriendly staff. Not much really.
Worst check in, but nice room Horrendous check in process with no organization by staff. Pure chaos. Painfully slow elevators, with several out of order. One hour wait one day to get downstairs. No more table games in the casino; they tell you to go to silver legacy for blackjack, etc. Next door neighbors played exceedingly loud music, sounded like a concert, until 4am and security never asked them to turn the volume down. Great front desk checkin service, comfortable stay but you get your moneys worth (cheap stay) thanks to the horrible Not once was our room turned down (I even went directly to a housekeeper 3x to ask for a door sign, which we never received & to inform them of our room needing service) nor did they ever bring the towels and coffee necessities to the room asked for as we called down to the desk and to housekeeping for multiple times during our stay. Ok for one night The elevator was not working greatly only a few worked. The bathtub was not draining the shower water. The room walls need to be cleaned
Very bad customer service The service was really bad we called the housekeeper 3 times and they kept saying they would come but nothing. Easy to go up and down from casino to room
