Nothing works at the hotel. Rude personnel. Safety hazard. Elevators not working. Had to go down 7 floors through the stairs with a big luggage. Elevators and escalators not working. Hotel is a hazard for the guests. Front desk very unprofessional and rude. They have an attitude that they are making you a favor... they forget who the customer is...
