Horrible and I will never use your site again I never checked in due to I was unaware of the 100 deposit for the room. I thought I only had to pay the amount you provided, the hotel was rude and And would not even consider Refunding the 38 dollar reservation fee, I ended up not getting a room for the night.
If I was to give my stay a rating based off of price, location, and the room, it would be 7/10. My room was a non-smoking room, but when my kids and I arrived it smelled like cigarettes. It made us all nauseated. I had to buy room spray to freshen up the room. I like the price and location of our room.
Would not stay again The Hotel is tired. Needs a major renovation
