Bad Ser above TV remote showed up 2.5 hours after requested, security came for neighbors blasting music, restated sportbook not open

Very Poor Room wasn't very clean, check in experience was terrible The check out person was actually working and helped me get out quickly. Leaving was the best part.
The room was clean and staff super nice but not what I expected from a ‘kid friendly’ hotel. I have children, therefore I have a stroller, I could not get to my room because there was stairs everywhere on our way to the room! I suppose it’s a ‘kid friendly’ hotel since the arcade is at circus circus but whyyyy allllll those stairs. And whyyyyy a stipper/bar/club right next to it!!??

Very Poor I feel I was overcharged for the room the escalators and the elevators were broken and where I was put, I had to do a lot of walking just to get to Food and the casino
Just ok No shampoo or conditioner in the room, and a half an hour wait to get to the elevator. They also wouldn't let me use the stairs to get to my room Games for kids.
