Disappointing Dirty
No estuvo muy agradable nuestra estancia esta vez. .nuestro viaje Que los de al lado Asian mucho Ruidoso y traian niños corriendo y asiendo mucho Ruidoso Toda la noche Asta las 3:00 pm .y lebante El telefono Para la reception y no abia linea Telefonica. Yo y mis hijos no pudimos descansar nada bien. Fue un viaje cansado y de muy mala esperiencia. Cual desayuno.yo no tuve desayuno
Bad
Room was not even close to what was advertised on booking.com and we kindly requested to move to the room as advertised Location and parking was acceptable Not a lot, it was extremely dead with not much open considering it is a casino
Poor Not cleaned well
Poor To many Broken or out of service escalators. We got put in the annex building and needed to climb stairs with luggage. Mattress was awful! Room was clean.
Room was dirty and moldy had to switch rooms my card key also didn’t work multiple time and had to stained in line three
Disappointing The elevators were terrible. I had to wait 5-7 minutes each time for an elevator that was working. Some of the elevators did not move at all and wouldn’t take the room key to go up. So people had to keep going back and forth on and off of the elevator. We had to wait for someone to come back down and then get on the elevator they were on to eventually move up. The property itself was very clean and room service is very quick with getting you your request.
