We felt like we were banished to a tower 1/4 mile away. Location of room. It was so far away from the main part of the building we had to walk 3 long walkways, multiple stairs before even reaching the elevators to our room. Then back again if we wanted a meal or to gamble. It was exhsusting. The second day, I was so tired of all the walking (with and without our luggage, I didn’t leave the room from early afternoon until I checked out the next morning. Fair The room was outdated, water dripped from shower all night, very loud noises from street. The extremely long elevator line and long walk. I waited 15 min minimum to get up to my room, after the long trek. If you are in a wheelchair you can't access the tower elevators. The staff was very & professional. The room was clean, and the room temperature was great.
Bad The parking was so far away. Our room was extremely far by the walking. We had to do everything. There was expensive. Breakfast at Millie Butterworks
Disappointing I had to walk a country mile to get to my room that was not good I spent most of my time walking room was way to far Slots
Fun but needed better room cleaning The room was not clean and bed was not made at check in and there was a weird smell Property was great and comfortable
The room and staff were great. It was just too hard getting to the room. At my age getting to the room was very difficult. The elevators were a problem. Getting to the room required going up the down at least twice with luggage in tow. The room was great
Never again They charged me a random fee and couldn’t tell me what it was for and said a supervisor would reach out and I still having received my refund or heard from the supervisor Nothing
