Based on two visits, food, alcohol and service are very good. Beer and wine menus are extensive. Nice outdoor and indoor seating. Expansive kitchen and bar. Very Clean. Short rib dishes are exceptional.

A food experience that will have your taste buds doing back flips!! I have been soooo very impressed with some of the places I have eaten since I have moved to Alpharetta. Citizen Soul is one that impressed me immensely! It is in the downtown area and from the outside doesn't look like much. First time coming and it was a great experience. My server was quick and food came rather quick as well - keeping in mind it was a weekday dinner but the place was pretty full. We ordered the special appetizer, calamari, as well as the chicaron (not pictured). I ordered the fennel seared tuna and the tuna was amazing, not a fan of the yellow pepper purée but it was worth a try. My favorite special occasion spot! Went there for my birthday last month with a party of 7, late afternoon on a Sunday before the dinner rush, cause apparently I'm an 80-year-old in a 36-year-old body. And proud of it. French-trained chef. Indulgent, seasonal menu. Extensive wine & craft beer list if that's something you're into. They have desserts, too, but as of 6/13/21 it was a verbal menu. Excellent! Menu is to the point! Not too much padding to just have a huge menu, however all menu items seem delectable! At first the 4 of us fell in love with the ample fried okra (RECIPE PLEASE) appetizer!! It was unique! VERY lightly breaded (to the point that you can barely see it), sliced length wise, each bite made you want to eat the whole sizable bowl by yourself! LOVEEEEE this place! The food is just AMAZING!!!! The service and the staff were great, we sat at the bar (Melissa and Camille) the bar tenders were great and fun to talk to. I just cannot say enough things about the food (beef short ribs) were out of this world!!!!

Hanger steak is fork tender. The burger was delicious (the roasted tomato on the burger was perfect. Great meal. We will be back. Oh, and the beer menu has a wide variety is good small brewery products. Server was attentive.
