I would like more consistency in knowing when my tech is coming and what is being done. I would like spider webs removed more often and an inside spray for time to time.

Ironically, I planned to call you today regarding this. During this time of year particularly, we experience lots of spiders and spider-webs. Seems like Clark is not able to do much about this. On the other hand, as witnessed by this survey, I do believe Clark tries to do its best.

If you want to get charged for a service you didn't receive, work with Clark. I cancelled my service and 2 weeks later they charged me again and at a rate 25% higher than they've ever charged me in the past. I called about it and they said a supervisor would need to call me back. They never called. This cycle repeated itself 5 more times and I had to threaten them with bad reviews online and disputing the charges with my credit card to get someone to call me back.
