Customer Service via phone has been excellent, but second Friday of even month Feb 10 didn't happen. Bill is paid.
you never call when you are coming so we donot know if we need to leave our dogs inside. We have no idea what are termite status is and we PAY you to watch that and an inhome inspection was at least two years ago. We have on numerous occations asked you to change our current phone number to our cell phone that has yet to be done. We have a rat problem and asked the tech to look into it a couple of boxes were layed we will had no follow up from the teck. Since Clark Pest Control Bought out the company I was using, I now have spiders everywhere. I Also find earwig and beetles in my house. Very disappointing. I don't know why I gave 2 stars, but maybe because the gentlemen who come out are nice. Anyways should probably be one star, since I have bugs again.
Do a thorough job. Cleaning n spraying is not adequate. I see little to no bug n insect abatement. The charges are out of line for the short time that they spend on the premises.
I was not notified of service date and time. Only front yard was done as the gate to the back has to be opened to allow entry .The problem area is in the back. You need to come to service the backyard.
The first time I used Clark it was fine. That has been a few years back.... NOW It is useless
Home service excellent auto pay has me seriously thinking of changing companies I continue to receive payment past due notices I have contacted Clark several times but it still happens every few months
Everything fine, except no call to let us know anyone was coming.
