I started with Clark when I was finding, what I thought was, cockroaches. It turned out they were Turkish Cockroaches and I haven't seen one since their first service call. Clark comes out regularly to treat my property, cleans up any exterior spider webs and if I have a specific pest problem, they make a special trip out to deal with them, which is included in my regular maintenance cost.

Waste of money. The main reason I wanted them here was for a wasp problem and with the as many times they have come they haven't fixed it and its been months now! I'm convinced the guy that comes doesn't actually do crap!! Seriously use a different service people!!

Service initially was okay but then seemed like more and more issues with insects came up. Billing is a nightmare and still have not got a refund for services that were billed and cancelled prior to the billing. Called several times to cancel service and was told cancelled then would receive bill and invoice that service came out, I didn’t even own the home anymore! Would never use them again.

I did not hear from Clark service man for my dec. service did he come here ? He usually lets me know when he will be here as he has to come in to go upstairs?

Only receiving half of service paying for full service. I've complained via phone twice giving remedies to no avail. Tried to cancel verbally three times. Spoke to Isis all three times she said it was canceled. Now 9/13 got a bill for service. I refuse to pay it. I will see you in court. My next move to make. Carey Mondragon
