Summer is when I have the biggest problems with spiders and what not and they make you sign a one year contract so won’t be able to tell until it starts getting hot. Horrible experience. New tech came out without scheduling an appointment, just to be left a bill on my door.
Please keep this review confidential. My regular Clark’s guy is apparently working closer to home as his wife is expected to go into labor at any time. I very much hope that it is temporary and that he will return upon the birth of his baby. Due to the fact I have 2 very big dogs, my service takes place between the hours of 3 and 5pm regularly. Technician arrived on time, discussed how he would handle our problems with spiders, and kept us informed. He sprayed backyard. We deferred inside house treatment until we see how outside only does to reduce spider population Technician friendly and personable. He said billing statement would be emailed to us.
This place is a rip off they double charged me the first time fee of $200 and it’s been a month and I still haven’t received my money back every time I call they make me feel like I’m doing something wrong because I’m asking for the money they double charged me I don’t recommend anybody goes to Clark’s their representatives treat everybody like trash and if I could submit this without putting any stars they would have a negative 5 star
