I gave you 1star because I had to because there was no nagative number please add nagative number too. Poor poor service every 3 month you guys shows up put poor poor cheap small glue trap for rodents and they are stonger now and they run away with it just happened in my garage, on way to my work saw mice stuck on glue trap came back from work glue trap was dragged few feets away and mice was gone. In future i WILL not get your services again either will recommend to other people.

I pay so much for so little work! My technician pretends to be cleaning the spider webs. Spends literally less than 5 minutes and then leaves. The result of that has been, spiders, earwigs and beetles everywhere inside my home!!! Lousy work!😡

Had a critter trapped in garage on a Saturday. Clark sent someone to dispose of it within an hour. I needn't have worried about perhaps having to wait until Monday.

They do not do spray some specialty area. such as spray at the fence and crabgrass .

Was double charged for service for calling in to have rodent removed, witch was never done. Had to remove it myself. Had a $90 credit but was never received. After I discontinued service show $0 balance, never got credit(customer service very rude even though they did see a double charge on my bank account)

I have been having issues with pantry moths for 1.5 years now. They only appear when it’s extremely hot outside. In the beginning, I received excellent service, communication, and follow up. Now, I truly believe Clark has given up on trying to to find these irritating booger’s. In the last 6 months I have had 2 service men promising to follow up. I walked into a hornet's next and got stung multiple times 2 Sundays ago. I called that night and you came the next morning, sprayed and removed the problem. No more hornets.
