the first guy to come out was awesome. he really seemed to get a handle on our ant problem, and set up baits, and left the outside nice and de-webbed. but i dont feel that the tech that has been coming since has set up any baits, or really taken down any of the cob webs, b/c i still see a lot of webs on and around my deck. and now im starting to see a lot of ant activity at the back of my home, which i guess is a good thing b/c they are not in the house, but i would just not like to see them anymore.
Excellent service . Service tech very friendly and courteous.
Tak is always very friendly and informs us of any changes, like when the chemicals were changed due to regulations and the spray would now smell like peppermint. He is very thorough and even knocks down any wasp nests. I am allergic to wasps and bees, so knocking down the nests is very important to me. He is always courteous and has a great upbeat out look on everything. It is a pleasure to have Tak taking care of any and all bugs.
Clark is the best. We have been customers since we moved to Auburn and wouldn't think of using anyone else.
Always timely and friendly service is provided.
My current Clark technician, Phil, is very courteous and accommodating. I like that I can have him come out quickly if a problem should arise between regular service times.
